In case you haven’t noticed, payphones are still around. You might want to take a closer look at them - or at least the posters affixed to them.
. . . this is a pretty clever approach to warning people about the dangers of smoking. If you’re getting offended by somebody suggesting that a specific group of people deserve to die, imagine how your body feels when you’re smoking a cigarette.
The mysterious-by-design marketing stunt appears to be working . . . A provocative advertising campaign that declares hipsters, cat lovers and crazy old aunts “deserve to die” is popping up in major American cities, including New York, Chicago, Seattle and New Orleans.
